Questions worth asking
Where do my logins and sessions live?
On your machine, in local browser profiles, exactly like a normal browser. DashWall has no server, no account system, and nothing is synced or uploaded.
What data does DashWall collect?
None. There is no telemetry and no analytics in the app. The only thing we ever receive is your email if you buy a license.
Why not just use browser tabs?
Browser tabs only show one thing at a time, and many dashboards refuse to be squeezed into a shared page. Technically: they send X-Frame-Options or CSP frame-ancestors headers that forbid embedding, and SameSite cookies break logins inside iframes. DashWall gives each site its own real browser window, so those rules never apply.
What counts as a seat?
One machine running DashWall. A wall-mounted TV driven by a Mac mini is one seat; your laptop is a second seat.
What happens after my year of updates?
The app keeps working forever on the versions you already have. If you want another year of updates, extending is $19. If not, nothing changes and nothing nags you.
